Research Abstract
申請者らが同定したHTLV-1関連の新規病態である Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma with HTLV-1 infected HRS-like cells (ATLL-HH)に関し て、腫瘍細胞及び腫瘍微小環境の両面から詳細な解析を行い、ATLL、CHLとの差異を明らかにする。具体的には臨床病理学的特徴の把握、網羅 的遺伝子解析、シングルセル解析を組み合わせて解析し、ひいてはATLL-HHの診断、治療の向上につなげることを目的とする。
