Research Abstract
本研究は、（1）実態調査研究、（2）法学（少年法・刑事法）、犯罪学・刑事政策理論研究、（3）比較法研究の手法を用いて、特定少年制度の実務運用の実態と比較法上の特質を明らかにし、法学、犯罪学・刑事政策理論からその課題の解決を図ることにある。この作業を踏まえて法運用と立法上の課題を明確にし、解決策につき学術的な提言を行うことを目指す。
