Research Abstract

代謝機能障害関連脂肪肝疾患患者および健常者のヒト十二指腸粘膜擦過検体から小腸微生物叢を抽出し、ショットガンメタゲノム解析によりMASHとの関連を網羅的に探索する。得られたメタゲノム情報と、血中代謝物、消化管ホルモン、小腸脂質吸収関連蛋白の発現量を統合解析し、その相関関係を評価する。さらに、宿主ゲノムと微生物メタゲノム間の相互作用解析により共有Pathwayを同定し、MASHにおける小腸脂質吸収関連蛋白の発現調整と肝線維化進展に関与する小腸細菌組成およびその代謝経路を特定することを目的とする。
