Research Abstract

肝細胞癌治療においてマルチキナーゼ阻害薬、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の治療抵抗性機構が解明され、責任因子を特定できれば、癌特異的な細胞間伝達（エクソソームなど）を遮断する薬剤と合わせることにより、マルチキナーゼ阻害薬、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の治療効果を増幅させることが可能となり肝細胞癌治療のブレークスルーとなる可能性が示唆される。この点において臨床的意義のある研究であると考える。
