Research Abstract
都市再開発法に基づく再開発ビルの解体・再々開発は課題が山積している。本研究は、人口減少下で再々開発が見込みづらい状況において、再開発ビルと当該市街地の持続的な更新手法（再々開発・減築・改修・所有関係の整序・解体責任の明確化）を明らかにすることを目的とする。また、高経年再開発ビルと再開発の前身の事業制度の竣工後の包括的な分析から、再開発ビルの持続的更新を内包した新たな市街地更新モデルを構築を目指す。
