Description

A 58-year-old male patient was admitted with a chief com p laint of colicky pain in left flank abdomen. A d iagnosis of left renal and ureteral moniliasis was made by culture of left ureteral urine and finding of retrograde urogram. Accelerated destruction of t h e left kidney was observed by I. V. P., R. P. and Renogram. This case report illustrated the effectiveness of Trichomycin. A review of literatures and discussions were made on renal moniliasis.
