Use of Chlorpromazin (WINTERMIN) and Prometazin Hydrochloride (PYRETIA) in Urology.

25-50mg of Wintermin and 25mg of Pyretia were adm i n istrated for urological pains (Irritable bladder, Urolithiasis, Trigonal anomaly, pains after urological manipulations). In a fe w cases the result were unsatisfactory. 50-100mgo f Wintermin were ad m inistrated for urological operations with Pyretia injections 3-5hours after these operations. Chlorpromazin or Coctail Anaesthesia have been usually used before operations. But authers used these drugs after operations by lumbal or local anaesthesia and every cases coursed smoothly without any dangerous side reactions. In some cases, suffered from colic pains, W intermin with 20% Glucose solutions were injected intravenously, by which every cases relieved from these pains spontaneously without any reactions.
