抄録

I 序論 : 井上は、蛋白質の、攝取量の変動に伴い、尿中に排泄されるクレアチニン量の変化を観察する実験に於て、被験者としてその精神状態に次の様な変化を自覚した。すなわち低蛋白食の時は、何事にも消極的となる。動く事が嫌になり、何もする気持が起らない。注意力は散漫となり只イライラしている。高蛋白食時には、逆に行動が活発となり積極的になる。無暗に動き廻りたい気持がして、動き廻るが、それも足が地についていない感じがする。そこでわれわれは、客観的にかかる変化の有無を測定する目的を以て、以下の手続による実験を行つた。……

[Procedure] Under the conditions of the low protein, and normal or high diet, two psychological tests, memory test and Kraepelin Test, were administrated to two subjects. / [Results] 1) The ability of the digit memory significantly descended down under the low condition. / 2) In regard to the ability of adding, any differences were not found between two conditions.
