Abstract
[Abstract]Impedance spectroscopy is one of the useful techniques to investigate carrier transport properties of materials such as electrical conductivity,carrier mobility and recombination time of the carriers. We estimated the carrier mobilities of copper phthalocyanine thin films by using the impedancemeasurements. The carrier mobilities were estimated to be 10^8 ~10^6cm^2/Vs.
