The problem of the career education as the nursery teacher training school will be brought together in the following three points in the future. 　First of all, the student is made a pattern by using the data of an aptitude test and past finding empolyment situation according to the course, and suitable guidance for each pattern group is done. Next, it is necessary to correspond also about the mismatch resulting from lack of the infomation about the spot of early childhood education, or the problem of early unempolyment.
