[概要] ドイツ経営経済学の創成期における巨匠の一人に数えられるニックリッシュ（Nicklisch, Heinrich）の学説はシェーンプルーク（Schönpflug, Fritz）によって規範学派に分類されて以来, その規範性や1933年以降のナチス政権成立以降にみられる全体主義的傾向に議論の焦点が当てられてきた. たしかに, ニックリッシュ学説にそのような傾向をうかがわせる言明があるのは事実である. しかし, これは必ずしもニックリッシュの本意を捉えたものであるとは言えない. そこで, 本稿では, ニックリッシュ学説の再検討を通じて, 彼の主張の狙いを探ると同時に, その現代的可能性や意義, そして限界について考察する. [Abstract] The aim of this paper is to clarify the contemporary significance of the Heinrich Nicklisch's concept. Since his concept was classified the normative school in the German Business Administration Concepts by Fritz Schonpflug, the focus is on the normativity of Nicklisch's claim and an approximation to the "Nationalsozialismus". However, this approach is incomplete to estimate the Nicklisch's concept totally. So in this paper, weinquire to the Nicklisch's concept, notably "Wertbewegung / Wertumlauf （Value circulation net）" model and "Betriebsgemeinschaft" thought. This model is focused on the value creation for the "desire satisfaction" and distribution for the contribution by various stakeholders. This point have important implications to analyze the modern corporate behavior. Through this work, we present a contemporary and realistic significance ofthe Nicklisch's concept.
