[概要] 本稿は, コンラード著『企業の自己金融』(Conrad, J. : Die Selbstfinanzierung der Unternehmung, Berlin u. Wien 1931.)を中心にする大戦間でのドイツの自己金融論の学説史研究の要旨である。 ここで, 本稿の概要を述べれば, 前半では, 語義に一致した内容から, 「自己金融」概念と企業活動をあらわす諸概念の帰属性が検討され, 後半では, いわゆる「自己金融」として行われている, 経済上の出来事について考察される。 [Abstract] This treatise is a theoretical study on the German self-financing proposed between World Wars including "Conrad, J. : Die Selbstfinanzierung der Unternehmung, Berlin u. Wien 1931." First, this treatise studies the congeniality between the concept of company and the notions of what shows business actions, according to the contents proposed by the meaning of words. Second, this treatise considers the economic events, in order to clarify what is made under the so-called self-financing.
