Description

Metaphysical discussions are presented for fostering creative ability of contemporary engineering students. The most important point is activation of their latent experiences. Possibility of developing their intelligences is dependent on their deduction process from the experiences under repetitive inspiration of group discussion, on the way of thinking, interpretation, modeling, formulation, making a rule in engineering solutions, and communication among students. The fostering the ability is enhanced by the use of the latent experiences addition to the conventional formal active experiences. Besides, the activation is commonly carried out in group helping by facilitators. To yield the intelligences is equivalent to foster the creative ability.
