This paper considers the problem of an analysis of a supply chain system consist of two subsystems. We formulate the supply chain system as dynamical systems with time-delay. First, a case of the leadtime is not exsistance. Futhermore, a case of the leadtime is exsitance. Moreover, we compare the above cases and showed the leadtime is a source of instability.
