近年,面接試験が課される選抜方法が増加している。面接試験は,面接者の主観が評価に影響するという懸念も指摘されるが,実際に,受験に関わる当事者はどのように捉えているのであろうか。本研究の目的は,学部新入生の大学入試における面接試験に対する意見について,公正研究の観点から検討を加え,面接試験設計の1つの方向性を示すことである。分析の結果,得られた重要な視点は,面接経験の有無によって注目する観点に特徴があることであった。経験者は,手続き的公正の構造的要因と社会的要因の両方に焦点を当てた意見が中心であり,一方,未経験者は,構造的要因のみに焦点を当てた意見が中心であることが分った。本研究では,これらの知見を踏まえ,面接受験者と非面接受験者を意識した処遇や情報提供を検討することの必要性を指摘し,前者には,構造的要因と社会的要因の両側面から,後者には,構造的要因を中心とした面接試験設計の提案を行った。

The interview as one of the University admissions tends to increase in recent years. Through the interview seems to be the method which influenced by the subjective judgment of the interviewer, actually, how do the people who applies for admission to university feel the interview? The purpose of this study is to investi-gate the thought of freshman about the interview as university admissions and show the design for the interview in the new direction, focusing on the fairness research. The following important aspect was gotten from the result. The difference between people who have interviewing experiences and people who have no one made their viewpoint characteristic. People who have interviewing experiences have the thought focusing structural factor and social factor for procedural justice, on the other hand, people who have no interviewing experiences have the thought focusing structural factor. Based on these finding, this article showed that we need to design the interview as university admissions distinguishing the former's viewpoint for procedural justice from the latter's one.
