The electrical conductivity of uranium oxides in the UO_2-U_4O_9 range were studied up to 900℃ after sintering at 1550℃. Each measurement was carried out under controlled atmosphere to avoid change in O/U ratio. The activation energy was expressed as a function of temperature at each O/U ratio. These results were interpreted in terms of the phase relationships of the UO_2-U_4O_9 system and the relations between homogeneous and heterogeneous regions mentioned in the previous reports were confirmed.
