In this paper, we present Sapid(Software Engineering Tool Platform) and show how to use it. Sapid is the Platform for implementing the Software Engineering Tool, which has been developed by us (the staffs of Agusa Laboratory in Departrnent of Engineering at Nagoya University) have developed. Sapid consists of two element. The former is the database which has the parsing data of target software by the smallest unit of program. The latter is tool librarywhich analyzes the software from the point of Software Engineering. SDB is the database having the parsing information of target programs based on the specified Software Model. By using the SDBand the specified Software Model, it is possible to create the CASE program which implements Program Slicing, Local Evaluation, Test Bed and the Optimization.
