Previously, I had to analyze the developmentof the Oomiwa-Uji clan. At that time, I pickedup Ootataneko, Ootomonushi, Iwatoko, Musa, Kotohi, Sakau, Osazaki, Funya, Togane, Koobito and Takechimaro. Based on it, in this paper, I analyzed the distribution of the Oomiwa-Uji clan in the Japanese Islands. In the first chapter, I analyzed the Complex clan. The configuration of the Oomiwa-Uji clan was reorganized in the late eighth century. Mainstream and tributaries of the clan has built a relationship by regional unity and foreign policy. In the second chapter, I analyzed the Legend of Mt. Miwa. The Yamato sovereignty has expanded its territory to the east and west, was to send troops overseas. Along with it, the Oomiwa-Uji clan is spread all over the country. In the third chapter, I analyzed the governing institutions of the Yamato sovereignty.Miwahito, Miwahito-be and Miwa-be has been organized with the expansion of Hitosystem and Bemin-system. Then Miwa-no-atai and Miwabe-no-atai has been organized with the expansion of Kokuzo-system.In previous studies, the character as a God ofwar of the Legend of Mt. Miwa has been emphasized.Therefore, distribution of the Oomiwa-Uji clan has been described vaguely. But, distribution process of the Oomiwa-Uji clan can be more clearly by considering the relationship between the governing institutions of The Yamato sovereignty and the clan.
