言語発達の遅れや障害によってインタビューや質問紙の適用が困難な障害幼児の課題場面における動機づけを分析する方法を検討することが本研究の目的である。対象は最重度聴覚障害の4歳男児であった。始発と目標の視点を組み合わせた分析の枠組みを用いて、児の動機づけに関する行動観察データの分析を試みた。その結果、分析者内においても、分析者間においても十分な信頼性が確認された。

The aim of this study is to examine the analysis of motivation in an instructional setting for a disabled young child who had difficulty in answering the questionnaire or interview because of his delayed language development. The subject was a profoundly hearing-impaired boy aged four years. We tried to code the observational data concerning his motivation into a combined framework of initiation and goal. Consequently, both inter-rater and intra-rater agreements indicated an acceptable level of reliability.
