In Japan, the support system for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder（ ASD） has been developed with Act on Support for Person with Development Disabilities in 2005 as the opportunity. However, support for reintegration to a certain person with ASD can not be said to be well prepared at present. Therefore, we researched the free description in Delphis study in order to examine the current situation and issues concerning treatment and support of rehabilitation of criminals with ASD in the stage of criminal justice. In this study, we analyzed the free description. As a result, when supporting rehabilitation of criminals with ASD, we found that there are variety systems and system limitations and issues, including decision support, assessment, educational treatment, coordination and so on.
