Rorschach法のForm Leve1について,Rorschachの原法からExner法まで,今日までの変遷をたどり,Form Levelが何をどのような基準で反映する指標であるのかについて検討した。Form Levelの評定には,統計的な実証的アプローチと主観的なアプローチの2つが,Rorschachの原法のはじめから関わっているのであるが,評定と解釈において双方のアプローチが重要であることを再確認した。特に片口法における評定法を,Klopfer法との比較において整理・検証し,Klopfer法による評点の片口法へのスコアの換算について筆者なりの見解を提示した。

In this paper, from the Rorschach's original technique, I followed the change of the Form Level in Rorschach test. I examined what is reflected in this Form Level score, in what kind of standards. From the beginning, both statistical evidence based approach and subjective approach are concerned with the rating of Form Level. The importance of both approaches in rating and interpretation is reaffirmed. I also reviewed the rating of Kataguchi technique in comparison with Klopfer's in particular, and showed my opinion about conversion of the Form Level score of Klopfer technique to the Kataguchi technique.
