Abstract

First, this paper identifies embodied and deisembodied forms of FDI spillovers, and the computed methods of technology knowledge stocks(TKS) of both foems. Then, we calculate deifferent types of TKS formed in the eastern, middle part and western China, according to the distributing character of FDI in these three areas. Finally, we calculate the elasticity and marginal rate of TKS with respect to output utilizing the Cob-Douglas production function. And we deduce some helpful results and suggestions.
