要旨 : 非営利組織(NPO)は、平成10年に特定非営利活動促進法が議員立法で成立してから、現在までに約1万余りの法人が設立され、今後とも月単位でNPO法人が新たに設立・活動がされていく事が予想される。このように急速に新設・成長していくNPOが、その本来のミッションを実現し、社会の中で有為な組織として活動を維持・発展させていくためには、「NPOの適切なマネジメント」が必要不可欠である。更には、現代の「高度情報及び知識社会」において、NPO単独の活動だけではなく、様々な旧来の組織(行政及び民間企業)更にはNPO相互の連携とネットワーク化及び情報化が必要であり、NPOのマネジメントにおいて、「情報技術(IT)」の果たす役割が今後急速に重要なものになっていくものと思われる。そこで、本論文では、非営利組織(NPO)の情報技術による問題解決能力、即ち「NPOの組織知能」の概念的枠組みを構築する事を目的に、「NPOの経営情報論」の可能性を考察する事を試みる。　Abstract : After Non-Profit Organization ”NPO” Law was built at Heisei 12-period by members of Parliament, about more than one million NPOs have been built and from now on new NPO will be built and begin to make action. It is more and more important to do ”Proper NPO management” in order to maintain and develop own actions for NPO's mission and for the society. Adding that, at modem ”High Information and Knowledge society”, it is more important to make coordination or network or information between various conventional organizations ”Public sectors and Private sectors” and other NPOs, and the role of Information Technologies(IT) seems to get rapidly important. And so this paper try to discuss the possibility of ”Information System of NPO”, in order to build the concept of Problem Solving of Non-Profit Organization(NPO) namely ”the Organizational Intelligence of NPO”.　Key words : Organizational Intelligence, NPO, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Organizational Performance, Information Technology
