スーパービジョンにおいて生じるパラレルプロセスについて、スーパーバイザーがフォーカシングを行なうことによって気づいた事例を検討した。パラレルプロセスとは、精神分析における概念である。クライエント、治療者間で生じた転移、逆転移関係が、スーパーバイジー、スーパーバイザー間に持ち込まれる。筆者が行なっていたスーパービジョンで感じていた違和感についてフォーカシングしたところ、スーパーバイジーの言動によって「良い気持ち」を感じている自分に気づいた。その感じをもとに、次回のスーパービジョンセッションで、ある局面でスーパーバイジーに「どんな感じがしているか」尋ねたところ、「良い人になろうとしている」と答えた。それはまさにクライエントが治療者であるスーパーバイジーに「良い面」を見せようとしていることに対応していた。このことにスーパーバイジーは実感として気づくことができた。スーパーバイザーがフォーカシングによってパラレルプロセスに気づくことの利点について検討した。 　In a case concerning parallel process in psychotherapy supervision, the author examines a focusing session. Parallel process is an interesting concept in psychoanalysis. Transference and countertransference between therapist and client are brought about in the relationship between supervisor and supervisee. A focusing session about uncomfortable feelings arising during supervision made me realize that I actually felt comfortable and happy during the process. When I asked the supervisee in the next supervision what she felt in her therapy session, she answered that she tried to show her good side to her client. As a parallel consequence, her client also tried to show her good side to the therapist. Th e supervisee comprehended this sequence profoundly. e merits of realizing a parallel process with a supervisor via a focusing session were discussed.
