This paper arranges an element of Basic Life Support (BLS) which is the major premise as a non-medical worker in the leader training of physical education. Both a lifesaver and a trainer get a social citizenship in many foreign countries because lifesaving and training are regarded as a social activity which values life of oneself and others in the sphere of pre-hospital care. A real medical control must be to avoid accidents as much as it could, in order that, it should measure and estimate the cause of accidents or injuries. It is supposed that the rate of a comeback to normal life by Advance Life Support (ALS) in sports spot would improve when the concept of lifesaving, building a new safe base of physical education sportsdom, is established and this lifesaving education is full.
