Description

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between rubber exercise and dumbell exercise by mechanical method. Because injured person is increasing to exercise using dumbell. Otherwise, in U.S.A. exercise using rubber is popular among older person. It is important that older person is to train their muscle sterngth, because weakening their muscle strength to lose their ability of adapting daily life. But it is necessary to keep their safty. The result of our investigation is as follows ; (1) Exercise of using dumbell have a risk of injuring their body muscles. (2) Exercise of using rubber give their body muscles safty benefits. (3) Exercise of using rubber take a safty motor prescription.
