抄録

How general citizen practice a sport continuously was considered. There are also public sport institutions and private sector sport institutions of enough. Five-day work week is established and there is time of enough to enjoy a sport. Establishment of many Comprehensive Community Sports Club is expected. Many general citizens are enjoying the racket sport and the target ball games. The physical education of compulsory education should show these kinds of sports. In addition, it is necessary to raise a from-motivation while enjoying a sport.
