Description

Gomco Clamp was applied to 15 cases of phimosis at OPD. We obtained following observations through our experience. 1) Gomco Clamp was not used in all cases of phimosis, but it was useful because of small bleeding throughout the operative procedure and little edema after operation. 2) It is necessary to clamp more than ten minutes. 3) The suture of foreskin is always necessary except infant.
