在宅療養する家族の心理的負担感は大きいが、その中で特に将来に対する不安が介護の負担感に影響していると考えられる。本研究では、在宅介護者はどのような将来不安を持っており、それがどのような要因によって影響を受けているかを明らかにすることで、介護負担感の軽減につながる援助への示唆を得ることができると考えた。要介護度1から4で認知症がなく在宅で生活している要介護者を介護している主介護者を対象とし質問紙調査を行った。その結果、在宅で介護生活をしている介護者が感じている将来不安は、介護負担感を増大させるものであった。将来不安は、介護者が就労していること、介護者が若いこと、女性が介護者であることが強く影響を及ぼしていることが示された。また、心理社会、経済面における将来不安を強く抱いているのは配偶者よりは子どもが介護している場合であった。在宅で介護をしている介護者の介護負担を軽減させるためには家族親戚や地域の人たちも含めた多くの職種の連携によるマンパワーの活用が必要であると考えられた。When providing care at home for elderly family members, a great psychological burden is placed on the care giver. Future anxiety, in particular, increases this burden. In this study, we provide suggestions to assist home caregivers in managing the psychological burden of caregiving, as well as future anxiety, according to the extenuating factors affecting it. Elderly individuals with care levels1-4 without dementia typically live at home, with family members being the primary caregivers. In a paper survey with an effective response rate of 52.6% (51/97participants), home caregivers reported feelings of anxiety and substantial caregiver burden, which was shown to be a factor influencing feelings about an uneasy future for working caregivers, young caregivers, and female caregivers. If the elderly individual's spouse or children are the ones providing the care, future psychosocial and economic aspects are of great concern. To reduce the burden on caregivers tending to loved ones in the home, it is considered prudent to utilize a variety of manpower options and divide the caregiver responsibilities among family members and local agencies.
