これまでの物流の人材教育の研究では、物流の人材にどのようなスキルが求められているか(What)についてはある程度明らかにされている。一方、それらをどのように習得させるか(How)についての実証研究は少ない。本稿では物流会社など5社に対するヒアリング調査により、企業における物流の人材育成のあり方や課題について明らかにする。

Previous studies have revealed "what skills are necessary for logisticians". However, there have been few empirical studies on "how to help logisticians acquire these skills". Therefore we discuss human resource development for logisticians on the basis of the interview results of four physical distribution firms.
