It becomes new agenda how the outcome by school is evaluated. So we often pay attention to leadership of head teacher and to the way of school management. However, if we want school to become the true learning organization, we should focus on not only the leadership of head teacher, but also the leadership of middle leader. This paper aims to clarify the way to support the professional development of middle leader through some precedent researches. Especially it is identified the role as mentor teachers at school influences on the professional development of middle leader. Also it is found it is necessary for us to prepare for adaptive mentoring program and to set professional development school.
