Abstract

Several Osaka-tubes were manufactured for trial at our laboratory, and their characteristics of oscillation and detection were studied under rotation of the magnetic field. In this paper the experimental results are reported and the electron motion in the tube is discussed, pspecially when it is operated like the magnetron.
