本研究は,自己投入尺度を作成し,自尊感情との関連からその構成概念について検討を行うこと,さらに,青年期から成人期の発達的特徴を捉えることを目的とする。自己投入尺度,自尊感情尺度,家族をめぐる葛藤の認知に関する質問紙を青年110名と成人71名に実施した。主な結果は次の通りである。(1)自己投入と自尊感情の関連の仕方における男女の特徴が明らかとなった。(2)青年期において自尊感情と家族をめぐる葛藤の認知との関連が明らかになったが,成人期には,有意な関連が認められなかった。

The purpose of this study is to construct Commitment Scale and to examine the construct validity by analyzing the relation with self-esteem, and the development from adolescence to adulthood. Commitment Scale, Self-Esteem Scale and the questionnaire about the distress over the problems of one's family life were administered to 110 adolescents and 71 adults. The main results were as follows; (1) the correlation between commitment and self-esteem was significant and the characteristics in men and women were shown in that analysis. (2) In adolescence the self-esteem was related to the distress over the problem of family, but in adults there was no significant relation between them.
