Description

An user interface of electric equipment is generally designed based on system procedure reasons. Therefore, it is difficult for users to acquire substantial knowledge about each operation in any system. Especially the number of the operation-step is increasing in the information equipments such as computer systems and mobile phones. However, one type of user interface consists of nominal symbols representing a series of system procedures such as an automatic operation mode, which is meddlesome and not so reliable. Through this consideration, it became obvious that the design method of the user interface according to user's aim with the equipment is effective.
