本研究の目的は,本学の医療・看護に関わる国際的な学術交流による発展に資するために,現代中国において実践されている中国伝統医療の実際を報告することである。治療過程の観察及び施設主任との交流を通して得たことを整理し,研修施設の概要,観察した治療例,治療法,病態の把握法,手術の有無という点での西洋医療との対比,および人間把握のありかたを提示する。

The purpose of this research is twofold : to report on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in modern China, and to promote international academic exchanges as stated in Miyazaki Prefectural Nursing University's Educational Exchange Agreement with Xi'an Jiaotong University. Content extracted from observations and discussions with the dean at the Traditional Medical Ward in First Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University is investigated. Introduction of the Traditional Medical Ward, cures on some diseases, treatment procedures, diagnosis forms, comparisons with Western medicine in modern China, and a view on human beings in TCM are presented.
