性暴力やセクシャルハラスメント（セクハラ）に対する意識が高まっているが、性的な「同意」の問題の哲学的・実践的な複雑さの問題は、国内では十分議論されていないように見える。本稿では、⑴レイプ神話とその解体、⑵恋愛指南本における性暴力の危険、⑶性暴力対策としての「Yes Means Yes」の動きを見たあとで、インフォームドコンセントという観点から見た場合のセックスにおける同意にまつわる難問がいかにして生じているのかを見てみたい。In this paper, I invite you to a philosophical analysis of "Sexual Consent". After briefly reviewing notorious "Rape Myths", I will show the world of so-called "Pick-Up Artists" in 2000's and the social concerns about their practice. Next I will introduce the "Affirmative Consent" movements of 2010’s. I introduce and try to analyze the importance of legacy of Antioch College's "Sexual Offense Prevention Policy"（ 1992） in reference to the standard "Informed Consent Model" in medical practices, and show how complicated and difficult the problem of "sexual consent" is.
