This paper analyzes the drama practice of Jonothan Neelands. The objective is to clarify the characteristics of Neelands' drama practice. This study found: (1) The role of teacher in his practice is very important. (2) His practice is well-structured in advance but the participants cannot realize it during the drama activity. (3) His drama practice leads the participants to look into themselves through the character. (4) His drama practice requires a teacher's acting and oral interpretation skills. (5) There is the natural flow to his drama practice.
