抄録

This thesis conducted a survey of what the effect of the international internship which was intended for Japanese language teachers to train in Japanese-language educational establishments. This program was carried out at a Chinese university that has a partnership agreement with a Japanese university. Students who took part in it observed a lot of classes as teaching assistants and organized an event to introduce Japanese culture to students learning Japanese in the university. According to the survey participants were satisfied with this internship and conscious survey proved that studentsʼ awareness was improved after the program. Moreover it is a valuable opportunity that many Japanese learners interact with native speakers such as the internship students. This time, the research makes clear that the internship has multiple benefits to both of universities. In other words, it shows the mutual gains that a program which facilitates exchange among universities gives.
