本稿では、解離性同一性障害における内的世界の構造と場所の機能について考察を行った。解離性同一性障害における交代同一性、内的システムについて紹介し、解離という対処法が耐えがたい心的外傷から自己を守るための重要な機能であると同時に、一時的で、閉鎖的な対処法でもあることを示した。さらに、内的世界を閉じられたシステムから開かれたシステムへと変えるために、解離した自己状態が互いの相互関係に気付き、受容することの重要性について論じた。特に関係性の理論に焦点をあて、BrombergとHopenwasserの理論の共通点として「共にいること」を取り上げた。「共にいること」には「治療者が自分自身と共にいること」、治療者とクライエントが「二人で共にいること」、クライエントの「様々な自己状態が共にいること」という意味が含まれる。解離性障害の治療において、治療者が交代同一性たちの内的構造を丁寧に理解し、治療空間に安定感をもたらし、クライエントが安心して立つことのできる大地を作り出すことが重要である。

In this study we have discussed the inner system and function of place in patients with dissociative identity disorder. We have made an introduction on alter identity and inner system in dissociative identity disorder and shown that along with being an important function of protecting oneself from an intolerable trauma, dissociation is also a temporary method of exclusion. Furthermore, we have discussed the importance of noticing and accepting the interrelation between the two by a dissociated individual. Especially focusing on the theory of this interrelationship, we have adopted the idea of “being together” as a common point of Bromberg’s and Hopenwasser’s theories. “Being together” includes the meaning of “the therapist is together with oneself”, that the therapist and the client are “together,” and that the client’s “various self-states are all together in them”. In the treatment of dissociative disorder it is important for the therapist to carefully understand the inner system of the patients with an alter identity, to create a sense of stability in the course of treatment and to create the ground on which the client can stand safely.
