Abstract
雲台上のビデオカメラをパンして得たビデオシーケンス画像から，高精度のパノラマ画像を作成する方法を提案する．提案手法は，自動絞りでパンする際に生じる露出の変化とカメラレンズ／CCDによる画像の幾何学的な歪みの補正，および市販のビデオシステムにおけるインタレース走査線の影響を除去し，光学的にも幾何学的にも高精度でシームレスなパノラマ画像を作成することができる．
Here we present an approach to offer a precise panoramic image composited from panned video sequence images,which are taken by a video camera on a tripod.It can correct the varying exposure levels due to changing camera view fields,calibrate any geometrical distortion due to camera lens and/or CCD,and eliminate the effects of the interlaced scanning which is commonly used for video systems.As the results the proposed method can make a seamless panoramic image,in terms of both optical and geometrical accuracy.
