非均質エージェント系における組織的行動の形成：2次元追跡問題における考察

マルチエージェント系における組織的学習を扱った多くのアプローチは，均質なエージェント系を対象として議論が行われてきた．しかしながら，エージェントの再利用を考慮した場合，再利用によって構築されたマルチエージェント系は一般に非均質なエージェント系である．そこで本論文では，非均質なエージェント系を対象とした組織的学習に対する議論を試みる．そのため，まず最初に，非均質エージェント系において組織的な行動が形成されるために要求される項目を明らかにする．そして，組織的行動の形成のために強化学習に基づいたアプローチを採択し，エージェント間の意思伝達のための通信プロトコルの学習法とエージェント系内での合意形成法を提案する．また，2次元追跡問題を対象として計算機実験を行い，ここで提案する組織的学習法と合意形成法について，その有効性を議論する．

In multiagent systems,most approaches for organized learning assume homogeneous agents systems.However,this assumption does not make sense in terms of reusing agents in multiagent systems.In other words,the multiagent system which is constructed by collecting agents of other multiagent systems must be heterogeneous agents systems.Therefore,this paper focuses on heterogeneous agents systems and presents organized learning for them.First,we clarify requirements of forming organized behavior and take an approach of reinforcement learning architecture.Then,we propose the method of learning communication protocols of decision communication between agents and the method of consensus formation among agents.Computer experiments on pursuit problems show the efficiency of consensus formation and prove the validity of the proposed method of organized learning.
