本論文では エージェント間の相互作用を動学的観点から定式化した分権型意思決定モデルを提案する. 合目的な行動を自分で決定できる性質のことを自律性と定義されるが このようなエージェントの自律性は エージェントの目標に依存する. 各エージェントの目標を 自己の認知状態 自己の行動戦略および他エージェントの行動戦略に依存した関数として定式化する. それぞれ自己の目標関数の最適化を目指して合理的な行動をとるエージェント間の行動上の動的な相互作用プロセスを分権型意思決定問題として定式化する. 静的および動的な分権型意思決定問題の均衡解として 競争原理の下での均衡解および協調原理の下での協調解をそれぞれ求める. また 動的な問題に対しては 各エージェントが短期目標または長期目標に基づき行動をする場合について各種均衡解をそれぞれ求める. また 協調解と競争解において各エージェントが獲得する各目標関数の値の差によって協調効果を定義し エージェント数と協調効果の関係やエージェント間の相互作用と協調効果の関係について明らかにする.

We term such an agent with both a selfish-interest and a social competence as a decentralized agent. The unified model of the mutual interactions among decentralized agents is pro-posed, and we obtain equilibrium solutions under individually optimal and socially optimal behaviors of decentralized agents. We characterize equilibrium solutions under individually optimal and socially optimal decsions. We formulate the dynamic competitive and cooperative decision problems of independent agents and provide the unified theory of the mutual dynamic interactions among agents. We obtain and analyze asymptotic equilibrium behaviors of autonomous agents. It is shown that the solution of the dynamic problems are obtained as the solution of the associated static problems. The idea of solving the associated static problems without solving the original dynamic problems will provide a great analytical aid in investigating properties of coordinated and asymptotic behaviors of multi-agents in dynamic environments.
