抄録

Recently, arguments over "Corporate Social Responsibility （CSR）" get excited as a reflection on successive occurrence of misconducts of many business corporations. In those arguments, however, most disputants seem to recognize that "CSR is one thing and the misconduct of business corporation is another," in other words "CSR is quite different from the misconduct and there is no relation between them". In this paper, the author tries to explain that CSR and the misconduct of business corporation have two aspects of one thing and they have a contradictory structure.
