A non　singular　affine　surface　X　is　called　a　homology　plane　when　its　higher　homologygroupes　vanish.　In　this　paper　we　will　classify　possible　singular　fibers　of　a　homology　plane with　a　C3*-fibration　and　a　homology　plane　with　an　untwisted　C4*-fibration.　We　also　give an　example　of　a　homology　plane　with　an　untwisted　C4*-fibration　and　calculate　its　logarithmic Chern　number.
