Abstract

This document had been found by Mr. Zuicho Tachibana at the environs of Khara-Khodja and published as a phototype in the “Sai-iki-kô-ko-zu-fu (No. 8, section of the documents in the various languages of the Central Asia)”. The late Prof. Dr. Tôru Haneda, translating this, wrote, “Ce document est l’acte de vente rédigé quand Bägtämür vendit sa fille à Sinsudïn”. (Toyo-Gakuho, 6~2, 1916, Recueil des Oeuvres Posthumes de Tôru Haneda, T. II., p74). But, according to the present writer, this is not the deed of contract drawn up by Bägtämür when he sold his daughter or female slave to Sinsudïn, but that given by Bäk tämür to Qïyasudïn when the former sold his own vineyard to the latter.
