Description

This society is currently experiencing a decline in the birthrate. Yet there is a shortage of child care workers in the day care center with many children waiting to be accepted so their mother can go to work. The shortage of child care workers is a serious situation. This is because of the poor labor conditions including long working hours and low wages. These working conditions need to be improved to resolve the shortage of child care workers. To cope with the declining birthrate problem, we need to consider the improvement of the labor conditions of the child care workers.
