Description

Several methods on dependability case are proposed to assure IT service continuity. As these methods have few industrial applications, the effectiveness of dependability case is still unclear. In this paper, a simulation modeling method is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of IT service process using dependability case. We also discuss the effectiveness of dependability case based on simulation results.
