Researching the dynamics of economic and environmental systems andattempting to control them is a human universal. However the possibility of controlof human behavior naturally leads to uncertainty and fear, and we must also takenature into account. 　Social accounting evaluates economic activity according to accounting rulesand recently environmental issues have become predominant. 　It is possible to capture economic dealings after only a short time-lag, eventhough the bulk of social accounting must be dealt with after the fact. 　This research aims to study the dynamics of social accounting, includingenvironmental elements by using the System Dynamics method.
