Three years of activities of a Rorschach study group organized by the author arereviewed and also whether it affected relationships between students and facilitatedactive and independent learning.  Initially the faculty member took the initiative, but over the three years the grouptransformed itself into a space where students could function independently andthis was accompanied by an increase in the students’ awareness of their studies andfuture courses. This appeared in ways such as: development of friendships oncampus or in graduation study, improved graduation study, collaborative study withthe faculty member or continuing to graduate school in order to enter a profession.The structure of the study group activity is examined from the perspectives ofeducation, clinic and research which took place in conjunction with the formation of interpersonal relationships.
