抄録

Severe adhesion has been observed at the contact surface of the revolving die after the operation of the TUBE END SPINNING of Aluminum. And also, the surface of worked tube stock has been damaged, this means to decrease the ware worth. In this paper, the experimental examinations on the SPINABILITIES of Aluminum have been carried out using turbin-oil as lubricant, and the results of this works make clear that working resistances show qualitative tendency for the variations of the feedings of tube stock (fw mm/rev), the ratio of relief area (Ar %), and the tube thickness (t_o mm), and are equal to about 1/10 of that for the unlubricated TUBE END SPINNING of Copper.
